In consideration of Treats Unleashed permitting me to participate in the Treats Unleashed event activities, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims which I may hereafter accrue to me or which I may assert against Treats Unleashed, event sponsors, their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns, for personal injury or property damage which I may suffer or sustain as a result of my participation in any Treats Unleashed event activities, and I hereby assume all risks of any such injury and damage. I certify that I and my pet are physically fit to participate in any event which I may enter. I certify that my dog is fully vaccinated and over the age of six months. I further grant permission to the use of photographs of me and my animal in media accounts and promotions of Treats Unleashed events.
