SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-3 business days processing time for all shipping orders. Shipping and delivery options may vary based on the product selected. Some items are not available for shipping including but not limited to decorated treats, decorated cakes, yogurt drops and frozen products. Shipping cost is determined by the item(s) selected. All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders under 15 lbs have a flat rate of $9.99. Buyer to pay actual shipping for all orders over 15 lbs. A Treats Unleashed team member will reach out to you to coordinate shipping costs in these instances. Local home delivery and curbside pickup options are also available.

RETURNS POLICY

In-Store Purchases: All returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. If you do not have a receipt, store credit will be given in the form of a Treats Unleashed gift card (not redeemable for cash). Credit card purchases will be returned on the card used on the original purchase.

Online Purchases: Returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase and will be returned for the purchase price plus tax, minus shipping, handling, and any other additional fees. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Any COD deliveries will be refused and returned to the customer. Exchanges are not available by mail, but can be exchanged in-store. Other than Instacart, we do not sell through third party websites. Any purchases made through additional third party sellers are not guaranteed with Treats Unleashed.
