HOW DO I CHANGE MY AUTOMATIC PAYMENT METHOD?
You can easily change your card on file by stopping in to your local store.
CAN I USE MY BENEFITS AT ANY TREATS UNLEASHED?
Yes! You are welcome to use any benefits at any of our stores, as well as check your reward balance and change your payment method.
DO PLUS DISCOUNTS STACK ON REGULAR SALES?
The 10% Plus discount on pet food and 20% Plus discount on Treats Unleashed bakery treats is not in addition to or able to be combined with regular sales or offers. In-store, Plus members will receive the higher discount (best price) between the sale price and the Plus discounts. Plus members will receive their 10% discount on pet food and 20% discount on Treats Unleashed bakery treats online, which can be combined with the 5% Autoship discount if applicable. You can also use your Barker Bucks rewards on any in-store or online purchases. 10% pet food discount not eligible on price matching.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You earn points by making purchases online or in-store on retail items (excludes services).
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT I HAVE A REWARD?
Team members will let you know in-store at check out, it will print out on your receipt, and you will also receive an email.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY REWARD?
You have 30 days to use your reward starting the day after your receive it.
ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS USING MY REWARDS?
Nope! You can use your Barker Bucks on all products and services the day after you earn the reward!
IS FREQUENT BARKER PLUS FOR CATS, TOO?
Of course! We have a special birthday option for cats, as well as a cat cake. Barker Bucks can go towards cat products, and our Extra Scoops includes cat food.
