You can easily change your card on file by stopping in to your local store.
CAN I USE MY BENEFITS AT ANY TREATS UNLEASHED?
Yes! You are welcome to use any benefits at any of our stores, as well as check your reward balance and change your payment method.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You earn points by making purchases online or in-store on retail items (excludes services).
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT I HAVE A REWARD?
Team members will let you know in-store at check out, it will print out on your receipt, and you will also receive an email.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY REWARD?
You have 30 days to use your reward starting the day after your receive it.
ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS USING MY REWARDS?
Nope! You can use your Barker Bucks on all products and services the day after you earn the reward!
IS FREQUENT BARKER PLUS FOR CATS, TOO?
Of course! We have a special birthday option for cats, as well as a cat cake. Barker Bucks can go towards cat products, and our Extra Scoops includes cat food.
