Treats Unleashed's Annual Pie-Eating Contest for Pets Returns this fall

Treat your pet to a woof-worthy Pumpkin Pie while giving thanks to a local pet food pantry. On Saturday, Nov. 8, the annual Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest for Pets returns to Treats Unleashed - Cottleville from 10 a.m.-noon.

The contest will take place in the crisp outdoors in the store/bakery parking lot, located at 6053 Mid Rivers Mall Drive. For just a $5 donation fee, your pet can enjoy a special piece of handmade Pumpkin Pie (made by TU bakers). The pet that eats their piece of pie the quickest in each size category will win a TU gift card for their paw-rents!

After your pet gobbles up their pie (or takes their leftovers to-go), stop inside Treat Unleashed for a whole pie or to grab a freshly baked treat. Stick around to grab a fun, fall-themed photo-op and for other on-site activities like a pet caricaturist, food trucks, visiting rescues and more! Don't forget to also swing by the raffle table, and check out visiting pet vendors from the St. Charles County community.

A $5 donation per pet is required to join the contest. All proceeds benefit Bi-State Pet Food Pantry. Their mission is to keep animals and their guardians together during financially difficult times by providing emergency assistance with pet food.

Tickets can be purchased on-site on event day, or in advance in-store atTreats Unleashed - Cottleville. Just ask a TU team member about the contest to save your spot!
